A Note Before We Begin
Every piece that leaves our shop is made with care, intention, and a slow & steady hand. These terms exist to make sure we’re on the same page — so you can shop with confidence and we can keep doing what we love.
1. Custom Orders & Payment
Custom orders are made to order. All design details — including dimensions, leather type, hardware, and personalization — must be confirmed in writing before production begins. A deposit may be required at the time of order confirmation.
Once production has started, changes may be accommodated at our discretion but could incur additional costs depending on the scope of the revision. We’ll always communicate openly before proceeding.
Full payment is due prior to shipment.
2. Lead Times
Estimated completion dates are provided at the time of order. Because every piece is handmade, timing may vary slightly — but you’ll never be left wondering. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and communicate any changes promptly.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you believe there is a craftsmanship issue, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
4. Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
Every Parrish Made piece is built to last. All items include a lifetime craftsmanship warranty — if something fails due to how it was made, we will repair it at no cost to you. Items will be repaired, not replaced.
Damage from normal wear, accidents, or misuse is not covered under warranty, but we’re happy to repair it for a fair, transparent fee. Reach out and we’ll give you an honest assessment before any work begins.
5. Materials
Leather is a natural material. Variation in color, grain, texture, and natural markings are normal and expected — and in our opinion, part of what makes each piece one of a kind. These characteristics are not considered defects.
6. Shipping
Parrish Made is not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by the carrier once an order has been handed off for shipment. If you have concerns about a shipment, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. Shipping upgrades are available upon request — just reach out before your order ships.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
